Q: How do I place an order?
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted warmly by one of our friendly and super helpful representatives, who will take the stress out of finding materials in your preferred color, style and price range.
If you have a project in mind but want to hire pros to do the work, we have tons of connections and can refer you to some of the best designers and installers in the region. If you’d like to order the materials yourself for pick up or delivery, count on us to lend a helping hand.
If you already know what you need, congratulations! Just call for pricing and place your order with a credit card. Or you can head to our yard to place your order with cash, check or credit card.
You can either pick up your product or schedule a delivery. You can also fax the Order Form or contact us here and a representative will call you back to confirm quantities, pricing and delivery instructions. So many options! And if you dig options, you’ll dig Midwest Landscape Supply.
TO ORDER POND SUPPLIES
Most of our pond supplies are stored inside our showroom. Ask one of our customer service reps for help with anything too heavy to carry. We don’t want you to hurt yourself before you even start your big project.
Q: “How do I use the scale?”
It’s Super Easy!
1 -Drive onto the scale and weigh your vehicle empty. The scale attendant will record the weight on a ticket. Then tell the attendant what you’d like to get and they’ll direct you to the right area of the yard.
2 – Load your product. You can do it yourself or our yard attendants will be happy to help. Weigh your vehicle again with the product loaded. The scale attendant will note the new weight and the type of the product you loaded. Continue the process until you have everything you need loaded.
3 – When you’re finished loading, park your vehicle, and come into the office and pay. We told you it was easy.

Come to the yard to see paver options in person. Or click on Pavers and Accessories and browse away from the comfort of wherever you are when the moment strikes.

Q: “I’d like to add an outdoor living area. Any ideas?”
You may have just opened a can of worms. Outdoor living areas are very hot right now and we have more ideas than we can list here. The best thing is to ask. But be prepared. We love talking about this stuff.

Q: “Can I Return of Gravel, Sand, Dirt, Decorative Rock, Boulders or Mulch”
We’re sorry, but due to the bulk nature of these products, we don’t offer returns on any of these materials. But what we can do is help make sure you’re getting exactly what you need in the first place.
Q: “What If There Are Quality Issues, Ordering or Shipping Errors?”
We have one goal: To deliver the highest quality product. If a substandard product is shipped, we stand behind it and will make it right with as little inconvenience to you as possible. However, we reserve the right to qualify products as substandard. We may consider discounting the material, rather than having it returned. If something does need to be returned, we will bear the full cost of any freight charges.
